- 2 slices Turkish bread, sliced down the middle to form 2 squares
- 4 smoked salmon slices
- 2 table spoons hummus
- lettuce, a few leaves
- 1 avocado
- dill chopped fresh
- 1 medium tomato
- 1 cucumber chopped
- fresh chives
- 2 tea spoons capers
- 1 tea spoon virgin olive oil
- 2 lemon wedges
- salt and pepper

1. Toast Turkish bread if desired.
2. Spread generous serve of hummus onto each slice.
3. Top with all other salad ingredients, then smoked salmon slices.
