Turkish Bread Topped With Smoked Salmon and Hummus Recipe’s Ingredients
Serving : 2

  • 2 slices Turkish bread, sliced down the middle to form 2 squares
  • 4 smoked salmon slices
  • 2 table spoons hummus
  • lettuce, a few leaves
  • 1 avocado
  • dill chopped fresh
  • 1 medium tomato
  • 1 cucumber chopped
  • fresh chives
  • 2 tea spoons capers
  • 1 tea spoon virgin olive oil
  • 2 lemon wedges
  • salt and pepper

Turkish Bread Topped With Smoked Salmon and Hummus Recipe Preparation Methods

1. Toast Turkish bread if desired.
2. Spread generous serve of hummus onto each slice.
3. Top with all other salad ingredients, then smoked salmon slices.
4. Garnish with fresh herbs and capers.
5. Squeeze lemon juice over the top. Drizzle with a little virgin olive oil.
6. Flavor with salt and pepper if desired.
