  • 5 grape tomatoes
  • 3 cups baby leaf spinach, raw
  • 4 walnut halves
  • 0.5 cup canned chick peas (drained and rinsed)
  • 4 tbsp vinaigrette dressing
  • 1 Kirby cucumber, sliced
